Heather Turner is the Director of Research at BRL. Ms. Turner has also served as a corporate associate with a focus in securities law and public company matters. She has advised public companies regarding public securities offerings, private placements, Exchange Act filings and general compliance with SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ rules. She has also advised both public and private companies on a variety of corporate transactions, including financings and employment and compensation matters. Ms. Turner joined the firm in 2005.
Prior to joining BRL, Ms. Turner was a corporate associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York, where she represented public companies and investment banks on a wide variety of transactions including securities offerings and credit facilities.
Ms. Turner received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Oklahoma State University.
Ms. Turner is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
