Ms. Rettig represents public and private companies in a broad range of general corporate matters including equity and debt financings, Exchange Act filings and Nasdaq matters. Ms. Rettig's experience also includes advising clients on contractual matters, corporate governance questions, employment concerns, intellectual property licensing, and tax issues. Ms. Rettig joined the firm in 2007.

Prior to joining BRL Law Group LLC, Ms. Rettig was an associate at Ropes and Gray LLP in Boston where she worked on both litigation and corporate matters, with a focus on intellectual property issues, and then an associate at Krokidas & Bluestein LLP in Boston where she represented a variety of non-profit and for-profit clients in a range of transactional, corporate and litigation matters.

Ms. Rettig graduated from Harvard College with a degree in physics in 1998 and received her law degree from Harvard Law School in 2002. After law school, she was law clerk to Chief Judge Paul R. Michel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
