Nichole A. Brown joined BRL Law Group LLC in April 2004 as the firm's paralegal and office manager. Ms. Brown serves as a corporate paralegal for the firm, assisting with SEC, NASDAQ and blue sky filings and compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions, Rule 144 and Rule 145 opinions, and other general corporate matters. Ms. Brown is also responsible for managing all accounts payables and receivables. Ms. Brown has over six years of administrative experience in the fields of marketing management and office management.

Prior to joining BRL Law Group LLC, Ms. Brown worked in marketing at Cox Target Media as a management specialist. Ms. Brown received her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
