Ann Imes represents public and private companies in a broad range of general corporate matters including equity and debt financings, Exchange Act filings and Nasdaq matters.
Prior to joining BRL Law Group LLC, Ms. Imes was an associate in the Bank, Commercial and Structured Finance Group of Bingham McCutchen LLP, where she represented leading financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and international commercial finance transactions, focusing primarily on syndicated debt financings and asset-based and multinational credit facilities.
Ms. Imes received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and received her A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University. Ms. Imes joined the firm in 2005.
