Karetha Dodd is a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property law.

Most recently Ms. Dodd served as Senior Legal Counsel for NaviSite, Inc., a publicly-traded technology services company in Andover, MA and a long-standing client of BRL Law Group LLC.

Ms. Dodd spent five years with Chicago-based Katten Muchin Zavis (now Katten Muchin Rosenman) where she represented public and private clients in a broad range of domestic and international acquisitions, management buyouts, going private transactions, joint ventures and initial public offerings. 

In 1999, she left Katten to join one of the firm’s clients, technology giant divineinterventures, Inc.   There,  she was immersed in technology-based transactions including software licensing, intellectual property transfers, technology maintenance services agreements, joint ventures and the establishment of practices and protocols aimed at preventing the loss of trade secrets and protecting the Company’s proprietary intellectual property.

Ms. Dodd originally joined BRL Law Group LLC in 2005 where she continues to use her diverse legal experience to further the goals of her clients.
